At Noctre, we like to keep things simple about refunds. We can guarantee that all our activation keys work perfectly as provided from our official partners. Should there be a problem that our support can not solve after investigation based on the information your have provided to us, we will always make sure that you either get a new key as replacement or a full refund within 48 hours.
You can contact us any time to request a refund. We can help you with any inconvenience as quickly as possible.
You will have the right to request for a refund for the purchase of a game you have made through Noctre, for any or no reason, subject to the following limitations:
- The time of your request for refund is within 14 days from the time of purchase.
- The activation key has not been revealed by the end user via the My Account page.
- The activation key has not been disclosed to you by web page, email or any other form of communication.
- The game has not been activated or downloaded.
If the activation key has been revealed and the request is related to an incorrect purchase, then unfortunately we are unable to refund because the activation key is in the public domain. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Refunds will not be issued due to your dissatisfaction with the product. It is your sole responsibility and obligation to make sure that you have the technical grounds for operating the product and that your computer meets the minimum system requirements for the product.
Purchases made with the use of a proxy server, VPN or similar technology may not work at all and will not be eligible for a refund.
