The Last of Us Part 2 launched on June 19, 2020 and it in the span of 3 days, has become the fastest selling PS4 exclusive game of its generation.
The game has sold 4 million copies, which beats previous record holders Spider-Man and God of War and is a testament to how show popular the game has been for the company Naughty Dog.

Speaking from Sony Blog, Naughty Dog vice president Neil Druckmann delivered a congratulatory message thanking the developers and fans for making the game possible.

Critics have highly praised the game for its overall gameplay and rating it as the one of the best games to be released before the PS5 launch.
